Summary ]

My design strengths are in my logical layout and attention to detail as well as my ability to learn new applications quickly. Other strengths include working with various browser compatibility and cross-platform issues, clear architecture of information, and graphic compression and optimization. I work well as a team member, and also work productively while unsupervised. Tight deadlines are a time to shine, not a reason to sweat.

Bank of America
Web Developer/QA Analyst :: 2001 - 2011.
Content Integration and technical support of content of the bank's Learning Management System. Creation of Web-Based Training materials for internal use. Part of teams that created various WBT development and Quality Assurance processes. Other responsibilities include designing, building out and supporting Web sites for different lines of businesses.

Westar NewMedia
Creative Director :: 1998 - 2000.
Designed and developed web solutions from concept to launch, concentrating on appearance and front-end development of e-commerce websites. Also, trained clients to maintain to their site's presence. Other responsibilities included image scanning, graphic creation and manipulation, updating site content, overseeing junior designers and drafting materials for marketing use.

The Albany Herald
Copy Editor :: 1997 - 1998.
Edited news copy and laid out pages for 35,000 circulation, full-color daily newspaper. Other responsibilities included a weekly insert, approving pages ready to go to press, graphic manipulation, touching-up photos, downloading files, and troubleshooting problems.

Harris Regional Hospital
Marketing Assistant (Intern) :: Summer, 1996.
Drafted and edited various types of literature, tracked and released all information to the media concerning newborns, research for ongoing projects (e.g. building a Web site for the hospital), and assisted the director with daily operations.
